How has being a Goldblatt Scholar supported your career in cancer biology?

I am passionate about numbers and building things. I am an engineer by training and the Goldblatt Scholarship allowed me the freedom to pursue my passion to perform big data analysis for cancer research. The independence to pursue my ideas allowed me to gain a novel insight that progesterone is reprogramming the key estrogen signaling in breast cancer. This novel insight would enable me to earn couple of high impact publications and possibly a patent for an ongoing preclinical study.

What are your career goals?

I have been offered a post-doctoral position at Harvard Medical School. I will take my passion for the applications of big data in cancer research to the next higher level.
